“So I was feeling unmotivated this morning just in general. Work, myself…. all of it. Just feeing blah. I was looking for some motivation so I looked at my notebook that I always have. It includes everything from my morning weight to my target list to my workout schedule for the week. I started writing down my morning weight right before I got a plan from you. First day was Jan 31. I was 130.6 and my waist was 28 inches. Today… one month later, I was 124.6 and 26.25. Motivation has been found. ππππͺπ₯π
